Shipping policy

Shipping Costs:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

*Free shipping on orders of £40 or more. 

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt, shipped via Royal Mail Standard delivery unless upgraded to tracked. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 5pm GMT through Sunday, or holidays. Please leave between 7 - 13 days for your item to arrive.

Restrictions:

• Customs, Duties, and Taxes - EnthralledyetIllustration.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
• Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery - We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it's recognised as a valid address by Royal Mail. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact you to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be cancelled and refunded. Enthralledyet Illustration will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package. 

Lost/Damaged Shipment:

If your order does not arrive but the shipping carries has reported that it was delivered, or your order arrives damaged, please feel free to contact me (social media: @enthralledyet, email: Enthralledyet@gmail.com) with your order number. I will then process you a replacement order, or a refund at your request. 

Rules for International Shipping:

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard shipping, unless upgraded to tracked delivery. By purchasing, you accept that your order will pass through customs, and potentially incur damage.
